APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS

Applications should be submitted to thehaguecongress.com after registration.

Upload your abstract to thehaguecongress.com by JUNE 08, 2026.

After your abstract is accepted by the referees, your acceptance letter will be notified to you via the system (thehaguecongress.com /) and will also be sent by email.

The full text is not required. Participants who want to send full texts can upload to the system via their user panel at (https://applyingbzteurope.com/) by JUNE 24, 2026.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS

Please upload your abstract text to thehaguecongress.com till JUNE 08, 2026.

The acceptable word range for the abstract has been determined as 150 - 1000 words in terms of compliance with international standards. A letter of acceptance or rejection of your abstract will be sent to you within 3 days after double-blind peer review.

General rules for summary text:

Times New Roman
11pt
Names, Surnames, Affiliates, E-mail addresses and Telephone numbers of all authors (will not be used in the original text)
At least 3 keywords
Use the APA method for bibliography. Click here for details.

We recommend that you submit an informative summary, including the background of your study, its purpose, methodology, findings and conclusion of your study.

Since 55% of our congress participants are foreigners, the quota of Turkish participants is limited. Therefore, we recommend that you submit your application as early as possible.

The abstract will be subject to double-blind peer-review within 3 days after it is sent, and the International Scientific Committee of our congress will examine your article. The Conference President will chair the Board and the final decision on the abstracts will be taken.

Acceptance or rejection of the article will be sent to you along with the referee comments. If the article needs to be revised, the revised document must be sent back within 3 days.

FULL TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS

If your abstract is accepted and you pay the congress registration fee, you must send your full text until JUNE 24, 2026.| 12 P.M.

All full texts should be uploaded to thehaguecongress.com

Submission of high quality articles describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical studies or research in all mentioned fields is accepted. Submitting an article means that it has not been considered for publication elsewhere.

The entire article should be submitted as an MS Word document in .doc format (not PDF or .docx format) and should be named with the author's name and abstract title.

If the article needs revision after it has been reviewed, you will be sent back with comments and asked to return the corrected article within one week.

The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the publication of the article is approved by all other co-authors and assumes responsibility for the article during peer-review.

The publisher will not be held legally responsible for any compensation claim.

Congress proceedings book will be publish in JUNE 30, 2026. | 12. P.M.

VANUE

Our congress will take place both ONLINE via ZOOM and in person in The Hague, Netherlands. Details regarding ZOOM and the congress location will be shared on April 2nd, 2026.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

Your abstracts and full texts will be published in the Proceedings Book (ISBN & DOI).
