You may apply by sending your abstract to thehaguecongress@gmail.com.

1. Participants may submit their abstracts by emailing them to thehaguecongress@gmail.com no later than October 21, 2026.

2. After your submission is received, you will receive an email confirming that your paper(s) has/have been forwarded to our reviewers for evaluation.

3. Once your abstract has been accepted by the reviewers, your Letter of Acceptance will be sent to your email address within 3 days.

4. Submission of a full paper is optional. Participants who wish to submit a full paper may send it to thehaguecongress@gmail.com no later than November 1, 2026.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS​​

1. Please submit your abstract to thehaguecongress@gmail.com no later than October 21, 2026.

2. To ensure compliance with international standards, the acceptable abstract length for participants from Türkiye is 150–1,000 words. A Letter of Acceptance or Review Report (Rejection Notice) will be sent to your email within 3 days of submission.

General Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• Font: Times New Roman

• Font Size: 11 pt

• Full names of all authors

• Institutional affiliations

• Email addresses and telephone numbers of all authors

• At least 3 keywords

  4. References must be prepared in accordance with the APA citation style. Click here for detailed guidelines.

Authors are encouraged to submit an informative abstract that clearly includes the background, objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion of the study.

  5.As 55% of the participants in our congress are international, the quota for participants from Türkiye is limited. Therefore, we strongly recommend submitting your application as early as possible.

  6.Within 3 days after submission, your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review. The International Scientific Committee of the congress will evaluate your submission. The Conference Chair will preside over the Committee and make the final decision regarding all submitted abstracts.

  7. The acceptance or rejection decision, together with the reviewers' comments, will be sent to you by email. If revisions are required, the revised version of the manuscript must be resubmitted within 3 days.

 

FULL TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. If your abstract is accepted and you have completed the congress registration payment, you may submit your full paper no later than 11:59 PM (23:59) on November 01, 2026.

2. Full papers may be submitted to thehaguecongress@gmail.com either together with the abstract or at a later date. However, if the full paper is submitted after the abstract, it must include the English version of the abstract.

3. The Congress welcomes the submission of high-quality, original, and unpublished conceptual, empirical, experimental, and theoretical studies in all relevant fields. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

4. The complete manuscript must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx). PDF files will not be accepted. The file should be named using the author's name and the title of the abstract.

5. If the manuscript requires revision following the review process, it will be returned to the corresponding author together with the reviewers' comments. The revised manuscript must be resubmitted within one week.

6. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the submission and publication of the manuscript and accepts full responsibility for the paper throughout the peer-review process.

7. The publisher shall not be held legally liable for any claims for compensation arising from the publication of submitted manuscripts.

8. The International Congress Full Paper Proceedings Book (with ISBN and DOI) will be published on November 08, 2026, at 11:59 PM (23:59).

Papers and languages ​​are English, Turkish and Dutch. Please send your papers prepared in one of these languages.

  • One Paper: €50

  • Two Papers: €75

  • Three Papers: €100

  • Four Papers: €130

• On-site Participation (The Hague, Netherlands)

• One Paper: €100 (if only one author attends in person)

  • An additional €50 will be charged for each additional author attending in person.

  • Example:
    If a paper has 4 authors:

    • 1 author attends in person: €100

    • 2 authors attend in person: €150

    • 3 authors attend in person: €200

    • 4 authors attend in person: €250

• Two Papers: €200 (if only one author attends in person)

  • An additional €50 will be charged for each additional author attending in person.

  • Example:
    If both papers have 4 authors:

    • 1 author attends in person: €200

    • 2 authors attend in person: €250

    • 3 authors attend in person: €300

    • 4 authors attend in person: €400

• Three Papers: €300 (if only one author attends in person)

  • An additional €50 will be charged for each additional author attending in person.

  • Example:
    If all three papers have 4 authors:

    • 1 author attends in person: €300

    • 2 authors attend in person: €350

    • 3 authors attend in person: €400

    • 4 authors attend in person: €450

• Four Papers: €400 (if only one author attends in person)

  • An additional €50 will be charged for each additional author attending in person.

  • Example:
    If all four papers have 4 authors:

    • 1 author attends in person: €400

    • 2 authors attend in person: €450

    • 3 authors attend in person: €500

    • 4 authors attend in person: €550
      
      IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Participants who wish to publish their submitted paper or another academic study in a SCOPUS-indexed journal will be required to pay an additional publication fee of €880, provided that their manuscript is accepted.

• Advance Payment: €80

• Remaining Balance (after the Letter of Acceptance): €800

• If the manuscript is not accepted by the editors of the SCOPUS-indexed journal, the €80 advance payment will be fully refunded.

The Congress will be held in a hybrid format, offering both online participation via Zoom and on-site participation in The Hague, the Netherlands.
