Please log in to the system via the ZOOM platform 15 minutes before your session begins. Upon logging in, you will be directly taken to the digital registration desk and waiting area.

From there, an invitation will be sent to you so you can proceed to your presentation room with the support of our technical team. Clicking the JOIN button on the invitation will take you to the room where you will be presenting.

When choosing your name on Zoom, you must also specify which room you will be presenting in before your name. For example, if your name is Ayşe EKER and you will be presenting in room 2, please edit your Zoom name as H2-Ayşe EKER.

Presentations are limited to 10-12 minutes. Therefore, avoid simply providing theoretical information from the book in your presentations; focus on the purpose, findings, and conclusion of your study.

To avoid running late and keeping participants in the next session waiting, please try not to exceed the presentation time (10-12 minutes).

Regardless of your presentation order, it is mandatory to be present in the hall from the beginning to the end of the session and to keep your camera on during your presentation (you may turn off your camera briefly in exceptional circumstances). Please keep your microphone off to avoid sound interference while listening to the presentations. You can also record your own session if you wish.

You can give your presentations in Turkish, English, or Dutch.
**Regarding Session Chairing (Moderating)**

Our session chairs are fully authorized to manage the sessions on behalf of the organizing committee.

After entering the digital session room, you can start the session with a short opening speech at the scheduled start time.

While we recommend following the presentation order in the program, you may change the order during the session if you deem it necessary.

Each presentation is allocated 10-12 minutes. It is important for participants to be mindful of not exceeding the presentation time. You can hold the question and answer session after each presentation or at the end of the session.

As a session chair, you can contact us regarding any matter.

A moderator certificate will be sent to you after the congress.
